Ephedra combined with caffeine is a widely sold supplement for weight loss. The combination of caffeine and ephedra has proven more effective than just ephedra alone. It more effectively leads to the burning of fat and lessening of appetite. Even though these supplements have been proven effective for weight loss, it is still important to do your own research and understand what you are taking.
